Jungle Scout Catalyst is compatible with marketplaces in the United States, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain. Some features on Jungle Scout Catalyst are currently limited to the U.S. market.

How many users can I have on my account?
Jungle Scout Cobalt is designed for large brands and enterprises, charges per user, and provides enterprise-level features to meet the needs of bigger organizations.

Jungle Scout Catalyst, on the other hand, is perfect for smaller to mid-sized teams. We encourage you to add users to your account, each with their own login for added security.

• Our Starter plan is limited to 1 user. • Our Growth Accelerator plan includes 1 user, with the option to add as many users you need at $49/month per seat (or $459/yr on an annual plan). • Our Brand Owner plan includes 3 users, but you can add more at $49/month per seat (or $459/yr on an annual plan).

What information will my authorized users have access to?
As the primary user, you are in complete control of your account. Customize access to your plan’s features and data for additional users through our Team Management settings. Additional users will not have access to billing information, your credit card number, or be authorized to make changes to your account.

All additional users join by invitation from you, and you can revoke their access at any time through your account settings.

How does Jungle Scout get its data?
Jungle Scout has a variety data collection methods and have been refining and tailoring our sales estimates longer than any other data provider in the space.

Our specialized algorithms determine final estimated sales results by refining data from orders, shipments, Best Seller Rank, inventory, pricing, categories, and subcategories. Our algorithms are continually updated at the product category level ensuring the most up-to-date information is available. We cut through the noise to the valuable insights and fine-tune the process with our advanced machine learning techniques.

Is there a free trial?
While we do not offer a free trial, we do offer a 7-day money back guarantee on our standard plans for Jungle Scout Catalyst. If you decide the product isn’t the right fit within 7-days we will give you a refund, no questions asked. Simply email us at support@junglescout.com to speak to the team.

Can I cancel at anytime?
Yes, there are no contractual obligations beyond your current billing cycle for Jungle Scout Catalyst users. If you cancel, your subscription will end following the current term with no further charges. You can also upgrade your plan at any time and any incremental charges will be prorated.

If you are a new customer, all regularly priced plans offer a 7-day money-back guarantee (special promotions or trials excluded). If you cancel within this 7-day period, reach out to support@junglescout.com and receive a full refund.

If I have an Amazon Seller Central account, can I still purchase Jungle Scout Catalyst?
Yes! You are free to select a plan option with the features that suit your needs. However, we do recommend that sellers take advantage of our full feature set with a Growth Accelerator or Brand Owner plan — both built exclusively for sellers and brands with Amazon Seller Central accounts.

What is the Jungle Scout API?

How does the Cobalt Demo process work?
