2. What is the difference between Jungle Scout Catalyst and the browser extension?

Jungle Scout Catalyst is a web-based software where you can find features for product research, keywords, listings, and suppliers.

Our browser extension is for Chrome and Firefox and pulls product data directly from Amazon search result pages into one dashboard.

3. What marketplaces are supported?

Jungle Scout Catalyst is compatible with marketplaces in the United States, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain. Some features on Jungle Scout Catalyst are currently limited to the U.S. market.

Jungle Scout Cobalt supports 19 Amazon marketplaces across our suite of tools and features.

4. Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, there are no contractual obligations beyond your current billing cycle for Jungle Scout Catalyst users. If you cancel, your subscription will end following the current term with no further charges. You can also upgrade your plan at any time and any incremental charges will be prorated.

5. What forms of payment do you accept?

Jungle Scout uses secure onsite payment processing and accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. If you do not have a credit card, email us at support@junglescout.com and we can send you a PayPal invoice.
